Terms of service

Research use only

All products sold by Syntec PH are supplied strictly for laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not for human or animal use, and no diagnostic, therapeutic or clinical use is intended or implied. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and are purchasing for research purposes.

Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed once your GCash payment has been verified against the screenshot you upload at checkout. Orders that cannot be matched to a payment within 24 hours may be cancelled.

Shipping

We ship nationwide within the Philippines via courier. Delivery estimates shown on the site are typical, not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel is handed to the courier; we will assist with courier claims where possible.

Returns

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns once dispatched. If a parcel arrives damaged, message us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
